1. RESERVATION POLICIES

To reserve an appointment at Anna Arsenous MD PLLC, patients must provide accurate personal and contact information. Appointments are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Some services may require a deposit or payment method on file. Patients are responsible for arriving on time, prepared, and with required documentation or imaging if requested. We reserve the right to adjust, reschedule, or cancel appointments due to medical necessity, provider availability, or safety concerns.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your time and the time of our staff. To ensure fair access to all patients, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Appointments

  • May be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 business days prior without penalty.

  • Less than 2 business days’ notice or failing to show results in a $50 no-show/cancellation fee.

Procedures & Surgeries

  • Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 7 business days in advance.

  • Less than 7 business days’ notice or no-show results in a $200 no-show/cancellation fee.

Additional Notes

  • Emergency situations will be reviewed case-by-case and may require documentation.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may impact future scheduling.

  • All outstanding fees must be paid before new appointments are booked.

3. CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

Patients should arrive 10 minutes early for regular appointments and earlier if instructed for procedures. At check-in, patients may be asked to provide ID, insurance information, forms, imaging, or medical history. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment or require rescheduling to avoid delaying subsequent patients.

4. FACILITIES USE

Our facility is designed for safety, cleanliness, and comfort. We ask all patients and visitors to:

  • Respect equipment, staff, and property

  • Refrain from recording photos/videos without permission

  • Avoid bringing food or extra guests into clinical areas

  • Follow staff instructions for safety and sterilization

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed medically unsafe or inappropriate.
